Arm Lift
An arm lift (brachioplasty) is a surgical procedure designed to improve the shape and contour of the upper arms by removing excess skin and, where appropriate, addressing underlying tissue. It is commonly considered after significant weight loss, natural ageing, or where the skin has lost elasticity and no longer responds to exercise alone.

There are different types of arm lift procedures, depending on the amount and location of excess skin. A limited arm lift focuses on the area close to the armpit and is suitable where skin laxity is mild. A standard arm lift addresses the upper arm from the armpit towards the elbow, while an extended arm lift may include the side of the chest for more comprehensive reshaping.
